Wacker Commons is a new addition to the PIE Center in Cleveland, TN. This approximately 14,000 SF large assembly space was developed for the owner and school system to use at their disposal. It features a regulation basketball court, volleyball court, seating and snack areas as well as a history wall of the school and building. Construction of this space involved removing a corner of the existing building and adding a large steel-framed “hybrid” metal building.
