Tallan Financial Building

A fifteen-story office building with a structural concrete frame and an all-glass exterior. A pedestrian breezeway over 10th Street connects the Tallan Financial Building to the 9th floor of its neighbor, the Krystal Building. A parking garage with a 600-car capacity is located at the rear of the building. The first tenant took occupancy only 12 months after the start of construction.
