Even though it’s hard to imagine, a large sink hole had caused the interior of this building to collapse – causing more than a 6” change in elevation and leaving the doors, walls and ceilings unsafe. Our team salvaged the exterior, while moving the operations of the business to the front of the building, allowing them to keep working throughout the process. A temporary wall was built to separate the space, controlling the dust and noise. The layout was also changed to create a more functional workspace. Before the interior renovations were completed, a series of helical piers were added under the building to support the crumbling structure – in many cases at 60+ feet deep. Throughout the entire project, Noland Plumbing never missed a day’s work.
