Medical Mall at Erlanger

A multi-story steel structure on deep caissons with brick precast and a storefront as the shell. The mall houses an array of medical professions, offices, and food locations. This project consisted of 69 individual projects which were built out once the shell was completed. The total square footage of the mall is approximately 175,000. The price tag for this project was around $57 million.
