Brian has worked in the construction industry since he was in high school, and before coming to Parks was employed by Tennessee Valley Authority. As our Warehouse Manager, he is responsible for delivering materials to all of our job sites, managing the warehouse and our fleet of vehicles.
Doy joined the TU Parks team in 2002 after working as a self-employed contractor for twelve years. He completed a Carpentry Apprenticeship in 1985, beginning his forty-year career in construction. In 2011, he earned his Associates Degree in Management from Chattanooga State Community College. As a Field Superintendent for Parks, he has worked on churches, a library, an animal shelter, and several healthcare projects. He and his wife live in Cleveland, Tennessee.
Gary came to Parks in 1978 as an apprentice carpenter and in 2001 was named Operations Manager. During his tenure at Parks he has successfully managing the most taxing projects. His experience is diverse, having worked on projects large and small in the residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare genres. Gary's training and certifications include: AGC of America’s Supervisory Training Program; Competent Person training in Trenching & Excavation, Scaffolding, Fall Protection, Fork Lift and Crane Safety, and Rigging; OSHA 30 certification; certified in Mold Remediation, Lead Paint, TNEPSC Level 1; training in Basics of Commercial HVAC, International Building Codes, Concrete Repair Basics, Solving Contract Disputes, Infection Control, Managing Risk During Construction.
A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Lonnie began his construction career in 1998 after moving to the Chattanooga area. He spent three years as a laborer before joining the carpentry apprenticeship program and earning the title Journeyman Carpenter. In 2007, he began managing residential projects and is now Lead Residential Superintendent for Parks. He manages teams of carpenters, laborers, and subcontrators on multiple jobs in the Chattanooga and North Georgia region, often also serving as Project Manager and Estimator.
Lonnie has a Doctorate in Bible and Theology from Covington Theologial Seminary and serves as an elder and worship pastor at Grace Church in Ringgold, Georgia. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, and is an avid fisherman.
Mike began his construction career as a laborer in 1988, and from 1992-1996 participated in the Carpenter's Apprenticeship program. He was named Supervisor at Parks in 2006, and has been working on critical upgrades to the local First Tennessee Bank locations since 2009. Mike and his wife have been married for 30 years, and have three children and two grandchildren.
Michael joined the Parks team in 1983 and has a diverse range of construction experience including parking garages, hotels, healthcare facilities, retail spaces, churches, and schools. A native of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, he enjoys hunting, buying and selling collectibles, and spending time with his wife of more than thirty years, his two children, and their dog, Finley.
After a twenty-year career in home building, Roger joined the Parks team in 1997, and has experience in healthcare construction and renovation, historic renovation, residential construction, and the construction of educational facilities and city parks. He is certified in Storm Water by the States of Tennessee and Georgia and trained in Fall Protection, First Aid, and CPR. Roger is also an instructor for 2nd-year Carpenter Apprentices.
Robert "Pearl" Raulston
Known to friends as "Pearl," Raulston has more than forty years of experience in the construction industry, including more than ten years with Parks. He holds an extensive list of certifications in skills and safety through the Association of General Contractors of Tennessee and has been a member of Carpenters Local 74 since 1990. As Superintendent, he has overseen many large industrial and commercial projects, and, most recently, historic downtown renovations. His hobbies included farming, spending time in the outdoors, and watching Alabama Crimson Tide football.
A native of Concord, Michigan, Steve joined the Parks team in 2005 as a Residential Superintendent. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from Auburn University and is a proud father of two. He enjoys golf, music, watching Auburn football, coaching his son's baseball team, and his family's annual trip to the beach.
Scott has more than thirty years experience in the construction industry, sixteen of those as a self-employed contractor. He completed a four-year apprenticeship with Carpenter's Local 74, serving several of those years with Parks. He became a Field Superintendent in 2015, and his broad range of experience includes the construction of hospitals, manufacturing plants, retail spaces, schools, restaurants, amusement parks, hotels, and nuclear plants. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, gardening, and spending time with his wife, children, and new grandson.
Wade joined the Parks team in 1991, cutting trees to clear a lot for the footer of a building. He attended Northeast Alabama Junior College and is certified in OSHA 10, OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR, GSWCC Storm Water, TNEPSC Storm Water, Electrical Safety, Ariel Lift, Fall Protection, Rough Terrain, Scaffolding Safety, Confined Space, Trenching and Excavation, Tennessee Drug-Free Work Place, Superintendent School, and Blueprint Reading School. He lives in Henagar, AL with his wife and daughter.
